So at first we only made the original model and had the parts made by professionals according to our specifications. This was followed by the relocation of the laminator to Poland \u2026 he then made our parts there and the bankrupt of the wing supplier \u2026. Meanwhile, we had the Mong Racer biplane and the Pond Racer bimotracer in our program and started to make the wings in composite itself. The unreliability of some suppliers forced us to do more and more and the happy coincidence brought us into contact with a friend of the model making model of the Chinese model in China. He asked us in China to build a production and teach the Chinese how to build model airplanes. Yes. We did that between 2008 and 2014. During this time, the other models were added, partly self-developed, partly intended for other manufacturers to produce. Our now 14 models we have in the program are now without exception made in composite and some jets were added. Thus, the sales increased and in 2012 we decided to start a GmbH to minimize the risk. Since 2012 ACR-Composite GmbH has been selling and producing the models. Since the production in China was time-consuming, time-consuming and accompanied with many employee changes, the decision was made to manufacture in Germany from 2015. It took us only two years to rebuild a rented supermarket so that we could produce in it. Here we can do almost everything on 440 square meters what is feasible with model, molds and prototype construction. We are sure we can implement projects where others reach their limits. ja, da gibt es einiges, wo f\u00e4ngt man da an\u2026 beim Urgrosvater (Karl Johann Sieck), der sich schon 1927 mit Modellbau besch\u00e4ftigt hat oder mit Michael Sieck, der schon mit 7 Jahren mit Modellbau angefangen hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ja, wir machen mal einen Sprung nach 1999, da war eigentlich die Geburtsstunde der Firma Air-C-Race. Immer wieder gerne gefragt, warum Air-C-Race? Ganz einfach Air-C ist eine Ableitung von RC (engl. remote<\/em>), also ferngesteuert und Race, weil wir anfangs nur Rennmodellflugzeuge gebaut haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Anfangs hatten wir nur das Modell Nemesis im Portfolio, da haben wir den Rumpf und die Kleinteile bei einem in Deutschland ans\u00e4ssigen Laminierer ausarbeiten lassen und die Tragfl\u00e4chen in Styro Abachy Bauweise von einem weiteren Hersteller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Zu Beginn haben wir nur das Urmodell gebaut und die restlichen Teile von \u201eProfis\u201c nach unseren Vorgaben fertigen lassen. Durch den Umzug des Laminieres nach Polen wurde dieser Teil der Fertigung in Polen durchgef\u00fchrt. Aufgrund der Pleite des Tragfl\u00e4chenzulieferers begannen wir die Tragfl\u00e4chen in Composite selbst zu produzieren. Mittlerweile hatten wir mit dem Mong Racer Doppeldecker und den Pond Racer weitere Modelle in unsere Produktion aufgenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Unzuverl\u00e4ssigkeit einiger Zulieferer zwang uns immer mehr Teile der Modellflugzeuge selbst herzustellen. Die gl\u00fcckliche F\u00fcgung bescherte uns einen Kontakt zu einem befreundeten Modellbauer, der Live Size Figuren in China herstellte. Er bat uns in China eine Produktion aufzubauen und den Mitarbeitern vor Ort beizubringen wie man Modellflugzeuge baut. Das haben wir dann zwischen 2008 und 2014 auch gemacht. In dieser Zeit kamen die restlichen Modelle unseres Portfolios dazu. Unsere nun 10 Modelle (mittlerweile auch Jets), die wir im Programm haben sind ausnahmslos nun in Composite hergestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Somit stiegen auch die Verkaufszahlen und in 2012 entschieden wir uns eine GmbH zu gr\u00fcnden. Die ACR-Composite GmbH k\u00fcmmert sich seit 2012 nun den Vertrieb und die Herstellung der Modelle. Da die Fertigung in China aufwendig, zeitintensiv und mit vielen Mitarbeiterwechseln begleitet war, wurde der Entschluss gef\u00e4llt ab 2015 in Deutschland zu fertigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wir ben\u00f6tigten erst mal zwei Jahre um einen angemieteten Supermarkt so umzubauen, dass wir darin fertigen konnten. Hier k\u00f6nnen wir nun auf 440 qm so ziemlich alles machen was mit Modell, Formen und Prototypenbau machbar ist.
